Foxglove beardtongue is a native perennial that grows to about 3ft. Blooming throughout June & July preferring medium to dry medium soils and full sun to part shade.

Osmia distincta

A mason bee referred to as the Distinct mason bee or Beardtongue scraper bee. Osmia is genus of the megachilids, mostly active during spring and early summer. Known as a specialist of the Penstamon genus.
